Planning sought for construction of Elms Park Phase 1

Persimmon Homes is seeking planning consent to use access from Manor Road for traffic involved in the construction of Elms Park Phase 1 ("Swindon Farm"). The planning application can be accessed here or by searching for 24/00073/FUL in the planning portal. The application closes for comments on 20th February.
