Elms Park Housing Development

A planning application for the building of houses west of Manor Road is about to be submitted by Persimmon Homes. This will be the first development under the Elms Park umbrella.

The application is expected to be for 260 units. The site area will be 8.31ha and access will be off Manor Road. The units will be a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes. The development will include 91 affordable homes (35%), both for rent and intermediate/shared ownership.

Once the planning application has been submitted to and verified by Cheltenham Borough Council it will be open for comments for a minimum of 21 days before the application is determined.

Reporting issues

Report car parking, potholes, pavements, footpaths and rights of way, roads, traffic signs and traffic lights, flooding and blocked drains, dog fouling, fly posting, fly tipping, graffiti, parks, refuse, street cleaning, street lights and trees RIGHT HERE.
