Notification of Grant Availability


Dear Householder,

As you maybe aware, work is being completed within your Council area under Nationwide Grant Schemes and Initiatives. We are currently working in this area to ensure householders are aware of these schemes being available. It is of the utmost importance to apply NOW as some schemes have recently changed.

Grants and initiative offers are still available in this area for certain improvements

There are no income tests and eligibility is not dependent upon you receiving benefits. Providing you are the homeowner/ mortgage payer or private tenant you will automatically qualify subject to the work being required, the suitability of your property and scheme guide-lines.

Grants & Initiatives are available for improvements that can include:

Cavity Wall Insulation, Loft Insulation, Heating Controls such as
Thermostatic Radiator Valves and Room Thermostats, Solar Energy/
Solar Water Heating.

Funding may be limited and is available on a first come, first served basis.
